Enable is based on the learning and experience gained in the Discover Excellence workshop and takes you further into the Shingo Model, focusing on the principles that are identified as Cultural Facilitators:

• Lead with Humility

Cultural Facilitators are the ones that make it possible for people working within an organization to get involved in the transformation journey, to expand their knowledge of the process and finally to build a culture based on enterprise excellence. Such excellence can not be achieved by top-down directives "top-down business management" or the implementation of piecemeal tools "little by little". It requires a commitment from each and every one of the associates within the organization to execute the principles of Enterprise Excellence.
