VSM
For a period of 3 days we will work all in all with the organization exploring and defining the value chain for some product, process or service detecting improvement opportunities and proposing projects to help eliminate waste from the system. We will learn a graphic technique that allows visualizing a whole process, to detail and fully understand the flow of both information and materials necessary for a product or service to reach the final customer.
