With 30 plus years of work experience, Jim has been involved with different settings that include retail, construction, manufacturing, and consulting.  He has held positions with a wide range of organizational impact that include Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Information Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Lean systems.  He was the program director which lead to the Shingo Prize award for two facilities. ECA Guatemala – 2015, Rexam Querétaro, Mexico – 2016. 

Jim will be leading our efforts in serving our US clients with the opening of our US Chicago office.  Jim is a sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator regarding the integration of successful employee systems that improve efficiency and create value.

Jim received his Bachelor’s degree from the Commerce college at the University of Illinois and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.  He lives with his family in Naperville, IL.
